Susan Kates, C.P.

Susan Kates is a Certified Paralegal and has been employed by Dennis Bayer since 1988. She obtained an AS degree from Keiser University 2004. In 2004 she obtained her Paralegal Certification from the National Association of Legal Assistants, and obtained an Advanced Paralegal Certification in Trial Practice in 2007. She is presently an Affiliate Member of Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund. She has been employed in the legal field for over 30 years, starting her career in Manhattan.

Susan assists with a wide range of matters real estate closings, probate and estate planning, corporate matters and manages the client billing and firm accounting.
